    Hello everybody,

    I've just recently moved here to Paris, and personally upto now its been quite hectic sorting out a place to live, and now that I'm a wee bit more settled I'm eager to meet some new people and make some good friends over here to share a fun summer with...why not? surely if anywhere can offer this it's Paris!! :D

    Im 27 from Dublin, Ireland so i do like to go out and have the occasional beer.. naturally! :)
    Seriously though I can concur with those who say it ain't easy meeting new people in Paris but I''m a very open-minded, friendly guy who is happy to meet people of any background really, I'm very interested in people in general.
    I like to have a good chat, definitely good laughs, mad nights out and watching/playing soccer too.
    I enjoy outdoor activities, especially now coming into summer so I'm hoping to share some of these activities with other people that I meet.

    Now especially with the long weekend coming up next week, and being in Paris for it, it would be great to share some activities with others. Maybe a picnic in the park? etc. what do you think??

    So give me a shout if your in the same position in Paris! Its important for me to make some new good friends when settling in somewhere new.

    Hi Darren my name is Ali. I am 20 years old, from the states. I arrived here late october and am working as an au pair . Although I live about an hour south of paris by train I'd jump at any excuse to go to Paris and this sounds like a down right nice one to me. :) Let me know what you think. Oh and two recomendations by me if you're looking for a nice spot to picnic or just to look at some beautiful flowers/landscaping I'd recommend le jardin des plantes (right across from le gare d'austerlitz) and the large park right in front of the eiffiel tower.

    Hi all!!

    I've been living in Paris for about a month now. (work and study)
    Settling in: succeeded, hanging out: needs improvement.

    I'm up for drinks, concerts (!), cinema, picnics in the parc, visiting galeries/musea, hiking, whatevs.

    Hello, I'm really looking for english spokers, I'm French and live in Paris for 6 years now. I want to improve my english and meet new people around my age ( 30 ) from foreign countries!
    I like travelling ( China recently ) and concerts. I also practise rollerskating and playing brasilian drums...
