I just want to ask is it possible for me and my fiancé to get a EEA Family Permit (Unmarried). I’m Polish, he is Pakistani. We’ve know each other for 1,5 year. Generally during this we’ve lived in Greece. But cos it’s Greece we don’t have any statements, any payslips, not even a house rental contract. He has a political asylum in Greece. The only proof we have are lot’s of pictures (but not from every month) and some text messages. I’m going to come to UK in few days and look for a job. We want to get marriage in UK, when my whole family can come and be with us. Can somebody help my or give any advice. Or maybe we should just get married in Greece and make a party in UK. How long do we need to way for this visa? How much money we need? Most of the time we live from the paycheck to the paycheck? And does he need to go back to Pakistan to apply for a Family Permit?

hi, have one more. We are planing marrige on march, in Greece. Then my "husband" is going to Pakistan for a visit and he will be aplly for a visa from there. How long we will wait for an answer? Is there any time we need to wait? I read some ppl wait for six months? He has not previous history with UK.
