    Hello,

    I soon will be going to Nepal, to marry my future husband and apply from over there for a Spouse visa.
    I want to know under which category of visa for the application form is the spouse visa?
    Does it come under EEA Family permit
    Or VAF 1 F, because when you go on the UK border agency, I do not see the spouse visa application form to download?
    Also, I want to know when my partner will apply for the visa back home, does he need my Birth Certicate? As I have no clue? if yes, do I need to have it translated and naturalized by the uk Immigration?

    I assume you are a French citizen so you can NOT apply for spouse visa. You can only apply for EEA Family Permit for your husband which is a lot easier to get than spouse visa.

    You don't need your birth certificate. Passport would suffice.
