Hi i am an indian, married to a french national. My wife is working and living in london for the past 3 years. I applied for a eea family permit and got a 6 month visa valid till 30-dec-2010. I will be flying to uk on 30 of august and then going to usa on 11 sep for 3 months. Now i am a little worried about extension of my visa within the uk . Should i return from us and then apply for an extension or can i also apply when i am in us for an extension ?
And if i am not able to return before 30-dec, and my permit expires, can i go back to india and again apply for a eea permit all over again.. Which one is better ? I am confused !

 

can anone suggest anything please ? I am leaving for US on saturday
