Turkmenistan/ashgabat city/cost of lliving food is not expensive, approx. 100$-150$/month should be enough. Renting a 2 room flat in the city center would cost approx.200$/moth. !!!gas, water and electricity is free.!!! taxi: costs approx. 1$-2$ to travel anywhere inside the city. Buses: people pay only when they get off the bus - 0.20$. Driving: petrolium is very cheap - 0.22$/litre. Taxes: low. My friend who does trading, pays only 0.2% of his income/annum. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, but most of them close by 11p.m. In total a very low cost of living and beautiful city.
