Please do advice on my situation:

i'm a non-eea married to an eea citizen with parmanent residence permit
my wife access full range of benefits mainly due to the following:

    1. She suffers from depression and decleared unfit to take up employment by medics
    2. The first of our 2 children suffers a disability and she is her primary carer
    3. She has taken up a vocatonal study that is part time and also public financed

please do i qualify to apply for a residence card as a spouse of an eea who is exercising treaty rights

Since your wife already has Permanent Residence, she does NOT have to exercise her treaty rights anymore since she is now 'settled' in the UK.

    Good luck
