    Hi
i am australian citizen, married to eea wife. We have applied for fmrs and have received the coa in 4 weeks.
Due to certain condition we want that my wife should not work anymore as i am going to start my work.
My question is that will there be any issues for fmrs, if my wife stops working ? Do i have to notify them ? Or there wont be any issues getting the fmrs in this case.
Any suggestions / outputs are appreciated
    regards
    vb

If you are working and the money you make is enough for both of you, you can still apply for FMRS with your wife exercising her treaty rights in the self-sufficient category. You would also need Comprehensive Health Insurance for both of you in this case.

    Good luck

i am still not clear, can you please answer, "do i have to notify home office that my wife quit her job, whilst my application for fmrs is in process ?"
yes i will be working and will be earning enough money to support the family. Do we have to have comprehensive health insurance for our 2 kids as well

Yes thats correct. Sorry I forgot to mention that in my earlier post, you MUST notify Home Office as soon as possible of the change in your circumstances so as to avoid a refusal.

And yes, the comprehensive health insurance is supposed to be for the whole of your family including kids.

    Good luck
