    hi there
    i need some information if you can help me
    im algerien citizen maried to polish citizen live in wales uk
    she live there since 2006
    now we dont know what we msut do
    i want ask if i can ask to familly permit but she dont have the registration certificate but she have the WRS and she wrok since 2006
    so can i aplly for familly permite withot RC?
    i waite for answer thanx alot.
    and if she want aplly for EEA1 can she add me in this form or not

    Have already replied your PM.

    You do not need to wait for your wife's RC in order to apply for Family Permit. You can apply straight away.

    And yes, she should mention you in her EEA1 because you are her family.

    but in EEA1 is only for EU and thier familly member ho are from EU
    im not EU citizen im algerien citizen live in algeria
    so how she can do that?

    Your wife can apply for EEA1 and not you. In filling the form she should mention that she is married and thats all.

    she must provide the acte of mariage?when she make this EEA1?
    this act is in polsih languag so she msut translat it and msut this act be roconisezd buy uk law??

    She doesn't need to provide marriage certificate because its HER application, nothing to do with you or marriage. She should just mention that she is married. In the form they ask Are you married ? Single ? Divorced ? she should just click 'Married' thats all.

    i want some information about acomodation
    my wife live in rental house with other she have only one room for her that will make problems in my FM?
