i m non eu national and staying in poland since last 2 years on the basis of marrige my wife and my daughter they polish nationals. now i have temperory residence permit and now i m thinking about to apply for settlement stay in poland and for settlement stay in poland i have to stay in poland with my wife for 2 years and in married for 3 years. my Q is this this 2 years which i have to stay in poland on the basis of residence permit or when i came in poland from this date because there is 4 month difference between when i came in poland to when i have residence permit

brov i already contact with them thats why i want to speak with you my wife foned them and they said you have to stay in poland on the base of resident permit for 2 years and 3 years in married then you will qualify for sattlement stay i dont know who give you wrong information my wife fone there yesterday they said the thing is really importent to live in poland permanently for 2 years not 3 years but in married for 3 years because any body can get married any where in poland or some where else we married in uk year before when we came in poland and my wife told them and they said its fine but your husband have to stay in poland for 2 years. and i heard about new laws in poland after 2009 can you tell me this what is new law if u want then you can add me then we can comunicate if u want waiting for your reply ................ in poland 2 years not 3 years but if u married in poland then u have to stay in poland for 3 years and in this 3 years u can go out of country as well but not more then for 10 month if u married in poland but i married in uk so i dont have to stay in poland for 3 years any ways thnkssss for reply but plz tell me about new laws which country u from ? i m from pakistan ......

but my wife foned then 2 days before and they told us the same thing law changed but not for settlement stay i already sent u 1 of the link where they wrote about 2008 rules but its same do u have any website where they write about new rules and when my foned and she asked to them about every thing when i can apply and every thing and they said 2 years when completed on residence permit then your husband can apply if u have any website then send me i want to look ...... hhave a nice thnks for reply why u dont give me your email ........ ok byeeee
