    Hi Everybody!
    I applied my EEA2 Residence permit in March 2008 and got it last thursday.
    My lawyer Contacted home office in Octobor(as they can not delay it more than 6 months)and threatened them Judicial action if they didn't sort it out. hopefully that worked.


    I have got a question? When would i become Home Student in UK?

    Taking a lawyer if application takes longer than 6 months

    Can you recommend taking a lawyer if the 6 months are close to the end? Would be great if you can mail me his details.
