I too received such letter. They have been chasing me to pay for the VISA but after some search on the NET I feel that it is a SCAM

Probably the phone number you got is a fake too. Alway perform a google search on the company name and you will almost always (yeah, almost) get some information.

Before paying any amount for that oil company, enquire whether the company is good one are just any scam one. Just go to google and search for that company name and you can find details. I mostly suggest that dont believe in that kind of company.
