As long as you have a valid visa, doesn't matter what kind of, you don't need anything else. There is no such requirement of residency either. The Pakistani family law is derived from Sharia and the only requirements to get married are that you are adult and you have cosented to marriage.
Sharia of course doesn't mind your visa or residency or anything else for that matter. You will be however asked to present your passport and valid visa when getting your marriage certificate ( called Nikah Nama ) from the local registry office but that shouldn't be a problem at all.
