well its confusing the proof of treaty rights seems very silly as people with an european passports would have automatically EU rights I thought...
I'm not sure but does this requires the form EEA1?

Your right of residence is still limited to three months, unless you are exercising one of the treaty rights (working, seeking work, studying, or being rich).
