    Hi all.

I need some information, if some one can help...
I Would like to know if in my case (I'm brazlian and my wife is Italian), I have automatically right to work in UK or have to wait for response of the EEA2 aplication.
And how many of my wife's payslips are needed to bo sent?
About her employment status, how many hours a week she must to prove work to be found in "worker" status.

    Thank you!

    Hi,
yes, you are allowed to work. Once you sent your EEA2 application, you will get a letter from the Home Office, where is written, you are allowed to work.
We sent my last 2 payslips with the application, but as it takes ages untill they progress your application, they might ask you for new payslipt later on.
Sorry, don't know about the working hours as I work full time.
