    I am french. My boyfriend has french and american citizenships. We are currently living in France. We would like to go to the U.S. We have two children. Which visa do I need to work ? Do we have to get married ?

    If you are to apply for the visa alone to work, then you need to look for a company to sponsor your work visa, otherwise known as the H-1.

    Of get married and your boyfriend/husband applies for a spouse visa for you.
