    Hi All,

    I made an application on EEA2 on 13 th October 2007.I have not received my passport yet.It si written that EU requires Home Ofiice to make a decision up to six months.My question is if I do not receive my passport till 23 th April 2008,What procedures I should follow?

    If you need your passport for travel or any other purpose, just go to the Home Office and collect it. When the case worker in HO actually gets down to processing your application, they will request you to submit your passport again.

    If you don't need your passport and you don't hear from them by 23rd April (ideally you would), then just send them a letter reminding them of the 6 month processing rule.
