i have been reading peoples advice.i am in some kind of situation.i have applied for EEA2 family permit . my partner she is french i am indian .its been 6 month and 10 days still no answer.i have overstayed my visa and my soliciter advised to we applied EEA2 under as unmarried partner .we have been living together for nearly 3 years .i dont understand what will be the answer and when i will recive answer and what should i do.please any one can gide me what to do .it will be very helpful for me.
