    I have recently visited my boyfriend in Morocco and I am going back in October. We are getting engaged while I am there.

    Could anyone tell me if I have to apply for a fiance visa in the UK for him to come over and for us to get married or does he have to apply for a visa in Morocco?

    I would be greatful for any feedback as I am really stuck here.

    Do we have to get married within the six months of him coming over or we just have to show that it is booked.

    i think you both have to be over 18 to apply for visa

    im a moroccan having same stiation as u
    i have gf from uk and we planing to go for fiancy visa its the best we planing after 6 months we get married in uk !!! would love to know anything intersting the solicitor told u about the fiancy visa !!!
