actually friend of mine is getting married,he is dutch national and comng to marry with someone who is residing in the uk,but my friend who is dutch national he is residing in holland and just coming over here for marriage,so i phoned to ask what things need to be done,the officer said that the dutch national should be in england for the minimum of 7 days and should proof evidence of address!!now how can my friend proof his address here in the uk for 7 days,since will be staying at the house of his future wife.any help please it would be appreciated!

i really find it hard to have proof of address since u can have any utility bill,nor bank statment,even nothing cos he is not living on that address for good.
