Hi everybody! I have a problem...
I am from EU and at the moment I am doing full time course at university (BA Hons). 8 month ago I met my boyfriend, we fell in love, but the problem is that he is from Ukraine, his student visa (He is studying English at college) has expired at the end of October, He applied for another visa, but basically we are not getting any news from The Home office. We worry about it, because if he wont get visa he will go back home, and I wont be able to see him for 2 years. We have discussed, and we both want to get married. Is it possible to get married in UK if his visa will be one month expired?
P.S. I cant go to my or his country to get married because of my studies, the process takes long time, and my course is very busy, as I am on a second year. On the other hand I can leave university, because I really want to be with my boyfriend. I am lost... Dont know what to do... My boyfriend is depressed, he is hiding everything, but I can feel it. I wish I would know the law.
