I have finally got my certificate of approval for marriage from the home office and so now am hoping to register my marriage and then my partner will need to apply for Indefinate leave to remain but i am confused because the forms; SET(M) and FLR(M) i have been told about, look exactly the same.
So I want to know if i am applying for indefnate leave to remain under marriage is it the SET(M) or FLR(M) that i need to fill out?
PLEASE HELP!!!
