Sorry that I write a lot, but please read it patiently, I really need help!!!
I have few questions about Belgium visa for my fiancée. Hope to get useful information from you guys.

The situations are:
1.I am polish (polish citizenship) and my fiancée is Chinese woman (hold Chinese passport).We are both studying in Poland right now but both of us will graduate within two month. We have already lived together one year in Poland. After graduation, we want to move to Belgium.
2.We decided to get marriage before the end of this year.
3.My parents have moved to Belgium and they got residence permit in Belgium for 5 years. My father is running a small company in Belgium. He supports all family’s financial issue.
4.I didn’t get residence permit in Belgium yet. But the person in local government says that I can get residence permit in Belgium for 5 years without any problem for depending on my parents.
5.I will apply for job and start work perhaps after half year, but I want to move to Belgium with my fiancée within two month or before the end of this year.
6.Get marriage in Poland is much easier than in Belgium coz we have all documents for get marriage in Poland .If get marriage in Belgium my fiancée need prepare all documents again from china.


For getting the Belgium visa, my mother had asked the person in local department (Brussels coz my parents live there) which deal with register and marriage issue.
The advice from the person is: I can go to Belgium with my fiancée (not sure marriage visa or visit visa my fiancée should hold to enter Belgium) then I can register in Belgium first and the same time we can apply to get marriage in Belgium, later after marriage my fiancée can register in Belgium as my wife. The person also said it is very difficulty for my fiancée to get family reunion visa as my wife in case we get marriage out of Belgium.

As the information I knew, the Belgium visa normally decided by the Federal Public Service Home Affairs. So I don’t know the information from the person in local department is true or not. Especially according Belgium embassy website after get marriage my wife can apply for family reunion visa (long stay family reunion applications with a citizen of a European Member state or of the EEA – Art 40).So I really don’t know what to do. I can’t live without my fiancée and how I can leave her alone in Poland?

Now my questions are:
1.There are two kinds of visa: Visa for marriage in Belgium and applications for long stay family reunion applications with a citizen of a European Member state. In my case, which one is easier for my fiancée?
2.It is possible for my fiancée to get visa as my wife (in case we get marriage in Poland) for the second type of visa? (I mean applications for long stay family reunion applications with a citizen of a European Member state).And then she can get residence permit in Belgium?(for example 5 years)
3.If my fiancée get residence permit in Belgium, can she travel with me in other country in Europe union? Can she get work permit in Belgium or she has to wait I get work permit first?
4.Where my fiancée should apply for Belgium visa? Poland or China? I think she can apply it in Poland coz she get residence permit in Poland for one year right now.
5.If my suggestions are not useful, please give some advice.
