My husband applied for FMRS over 6 months ago and until now no answer! It's impossible to contact anybody responsible and they don't know how much time it still can take. Without valid visa he can't change the bank or employment or travel and we can't get a passport for our baby. Where exactly can I complain? I know SOLVIT and is it also possible to complain by EU Commission?? I think there was some topic about it but I can't find a link. Can somebody send it to me? By the way - it the meantime I'm eligible for registration certificate and he for the residence card...

6 months time

they received the application in the mid november. is there any law regulation which says that they have to do it within 6 months? i can't find the aknowledgement letter now but as far as i can remember they write something there about 6 months. that the letter is a proof of application and legal status but for 6 months only. can anybody tell me what exactly says this letter? it's urgent pls
