    Hi to all,

    I need to send the EEA2 Form and I dont know if I have to send all self-employment evidences like Invoices, bank statement, lease on business premises, NIC card etc?

    If you are claiming residency through self employment, then yes you need to submit enough documentation to prove this. The EEA form gives very clear examples on what documentation to provide for what kind of application and background.
