    well once again, i was recent married to a spanish woman and jus got ma residence but my wife is really wanting to divorce with me cos c said i dont satisfy her, and i want to know if i will loose my residence if c divorce with me, pls help me with an answer

    2 things.
    when u divorse her u will lose u status as married to EEA. if you dont want to divorse her thats it under EU law u got the right to remain on that status, and remain whatever u r! Dont take this for granted.see a lawyer.

    thanks bro, cos i have been suffering from her doing bad thinks to me treating me like a donkey cos c dont wana stay with me again but anyway thanks for the reply

    i have got same problem as above
    but we just got divorced
    i just wanna get some advice form u guys
    will i loos the five year residenc card?
    or after five years do i have to leave the UK?
    pls give some advice thank you

    after the five years they wil give u a normal residence like 1 year, and u have to renew every end of year
