This might seem like a ridiculous question, but I can't find a concrete answer anywhere. When sending in an EEA1 and an EEA2 application at the same time, is it acceptable to send just one copy of the documentation required? To make this clearer, will I need two letters from my employer, one for each application, two certificates of matriculation from my university etc? I would assume one copy is acceptable and the IND have enough common sense to apply the relevant documentation to each case (my husband's and mine) but you never know. Obviously they would have to make do with one copy of my passport, so I assume they will do the same with everything else. Otherwise it would end up becoming very tedious (and costly) to obtain two original copies of everything!

If you are sending both applications at the same time, then you can send one copy of the documents required, as they will obviously pertain to both applications. The Home OFfice may be slow in processing these matters, but they are not that dumb, I'll give them credit for that. There's just a lot of red tape in UK, which in time you will get used to.
