Ok....so we want to find out information about my boyfriend coming here now...for reference...

He works for a big IT company that is based out of the US (Palo Alto, CA) with an office in my state of Washington. If he wanted to transfer offices and work in the US, how would he and his company go about doing that? How long does it take to get a Work Permit? Does it make it faster if he has a company that wants to transfer him? Or if he found another company that wants him to work for them in the US?

While he is here we would be living together. When we get married, what would we apply for? How much is that?

US Immigration (for UK Citizen)

What if my UK boyfriend came to the US and we got married, how would we file for a green card for him to stay? Can we do it within the US or does he I have to file something here, then him file something in the UK?
Any info would be great. I do know about BritainUSA. Just wanted some real person feedback.
