    so i'm slovakien citizen curently living and working in uk
    i apply EEC1 and now i get pernament stay in uk for five years just got it month agou
    My question it's this i've girlfriend she is Taiwanees and we'll be living together for two years in may 2006 at the moment she hold student visa whitch it's going to expired in july 06 i would like to know if she can apply for EEC1 as unmarry partner next year when we can proof we been living together for two years Proof will be bank statment can you give me some advice i'll be very thankfull

    If you do go with it you (she) will need EEA2 FORM.

    Expect long process because you are not married.!

    hello there, I applied for Unmarried Partner VISA based on the roughly the same situation as yours. I believed as long as your documents are well prepared, there shouldn't be any proble. You can go to a topic call : EEC waiting time! You will get enough info from there!

    my name is cisse and i'm french .i'am not working in the uk but i did 2years in the pass . my baby is born in the uk and has the french passport and is a french national.my partner have the student visa and my brother got the french natoinal and live in the uk more than 4 years and he got the residence permit .my brother take care for all the familly can you help me for my partner please
