I'm a French freelance consultant. I have started talks with a New-Jersay based potential client.
If they are ready to have me work for them how is the best and quickest way to optain permit to work in ths US?

I will be a contractor with very speciallized skills (software for dealing rooms).

I have my own company in France and could setup one in the US or use someone else's as an intermiedary to my client.

I have been sub-contracting to a software company that has a branch in NY.

If there is a solution, how long is it going to take?
