    To Whom It May Concern...........................
    Older single Mum (50) living in Germany..child is 11, wants to return to the UK ASAP sooner couldn't be possible.................

    Fact is .........I would be returning unemployed and homeless...does anyone have any ideas.....what I can do.....and who I could turn to?

    Would appreciate any comments or tips.

    It depends on your nationality. If you are British, it's your right, but why leaving Germany?

    Hi,
    I am not British but I am in the same situation...
    first, forget about council flats you have to be living in the area for 6 months then you can apply...
    second, you have to apply for income support (job centre), chid benefit(inland Revenu), tax credit via internet...and housing benefits...its gonna take at least 2 month to process your claim and the major problem is going to be you gonna have to explain them why u are coming back...
