    We usually do Kitchens and have just started selling our overstock items on Ebay. I sold my brothers Petrol Helicopter for him using the existing set up and a guy in Spain has purchased it. We have sent it to his Spanish address and Madrid Customs have it and the guy is threatening to ask for his money back as customs have it and he can’t sort it out… How can I get in touch and get the two talking to each other ?. Please help, and in return I’ll give you a discount off a kitchen !...

    Why do the customs have it? :confused:??:
    How do you know it? If you've got the customs' address, you can contact them and ask them why they do not release the parcel. If it isn't worth thousands, they should be able to send it to the guy you sold it to.

    Hi, I am wondering what you have found out. My daughter has not received a package with a computer that I mailed to her 5 weeks ago. I also suspect it is in customs but have been unable to find a phone number or address. Thanks

    I wrote a message about sending a package to my daughter in Spain that did not arrive. It has been 6 1/2 weeks and it finally made it. Maybe you just have to wait. The mail seems to be unpredictable
