Why do you want to move to this very small territory? What is your motivation for Liechtenstein?

 

I understand that London is not ideal. Actually a recent report is projecting hundreds of thousands of people (PwC said the number of people living in the capital could fall by more than 300,000 this year). But any smaller town, regional center in Switzerland, Germany, Austria or France would probably offer also what you are looking for. As a EU citizen you can freely live in any European country.
