    Hi
    I have albanian passport and i am married to slovakian girl
    here in UK which i have residence card for 5 years
    and i need Schengen visa cos i wanna drive to albania.
    i had schengen visa for 6 months on my passport but my passport has been stolen and my wifes too.
    so i have my new passport and residence card too but my wifes passport is gonna take 4 months to proceed. i want to konw
    if i can applay for schengen visa with out my wifes passport

    pls give me some inf

    Thats the tricky one.There is is a question on the application form asking for a number of passport of the EU citizen.
    You could always try to apply as an independent person.
