It depends on which country and which currency... Anyway international transfers are always expensive, except maybe if your bank is in both countries, like HSBC for example.

    Thanks, man, appreciate it.

Someone else advised me to go with Money Corp http://www.moneycorp.com/personal/account/ who are offering some kind of deal where you can make free money transfers if you type in the code NOTT and they also charge you zero commission on exchanges.

    Anyone else heard of it?

Another route to go, would be PayPal, you can send money to other's who have paypal accounts. I had $450 transferred to me, and the fee was less than $20, but only because there was a currency change.

I also think Western Union is a worldwide business. I've seen them in the UK all over the place, and my cousin told me that they're also in Paraguay as well as Greece.

They might be worth checking out :)

The more you send the more you pay...e.g

    Euro 350-charge 29 euro
    Euro 600-charge 39 euro
    Euro 1200-charge 53 euro
    etc...
    Theyre exchange also stink .
The only good thing is that reciver dont need bank account, name and address is enough.I would use in Emergency only.

I would totally recommend Money Corp, I left it all to my wife and she fixed us up with a great deal. We not only got the lowest exchange rate around but also we were able to sign ot some deal where you can make free Money Exchanges if you type in NOTT when you register. They were so great I can't tell you.
