    thanks for your help, ive just read through a whole heap of websites and it appears that in eu law they will be widening the definition of spouse...

    Ok I'm really worried. I'm a non-eu (NewZeland) citizen. I've been with my hungarian(EU) boyfriend for two years but we have not lived together...
