I don't know about pollution in Buenos Aires, but according to the EasyExpat guide for Buenos Aires, the climate is subtropical and quite humid. I guess I misunderstood your post. Sorry about that. As for nonpolluted cities, I would consider smaller cities rather than huge metropolitan areas. Anywhere you have intense density of people, buildings, commerce and industry, you will have some measure of pollution. Good luck.
