How many times have you met and has your fiance been to the UK before, ie has he had/or does he have a tourist visa at the moment?

As I understand it. If he comes here on a fiance visa, you need to prove that you will marry within 6 months and he cannot work. It is an easier option to just get married in Morocco, even though the process can take some time. Where abouts does he come from?

hello im morrocan having gf in uk and we planing to move together we been in touch a year and few months we met 3 times she is coming in december we planing to go for finacy visa !!! i did aplayed for tourist visa before we met and its been refused and we went to appeal and its been refused as well but this was good for us cause its show we are real and we want eachather !! im sceared about the finacy visa i want do it right i dont know what i should do exaclty to get it ... so any 1 here been in the same stuation can email me we can help eachather!!! i will help as i can from the expirnice i had !!! i live in casablanca right now never been out morocco

I too am in a very similar situation!. I have been with my moroccan fiance for 3 years now and i've been to Morocco to see him a few times. Now we would like to get married and are wondering very much about how easy it would be for him to get a visa to live in the UK. I would obviously prefer him to live here first so we can be married here but if it is easier than i would be relatively happy to marry him in Morocco and apply for a visa for him after we are married. Also, does anyone have any idea of how likely/unlikely it is that his visa will be refused after we are married and how long the whole process can take? as we are very much looking forward to starting a family fairly soon after we are married
