I dont know anything about getting married in MOROCCO or theirs law or customs.

Regarding spouse visa you`ll need this:



Your payslips for the last 3-4 months;

Your bank statements for the last 6 months;

A copy of your passport;

The original marriage certificate and a copy translated into English;

Proof of your proposed accommodation (rental contract)

Evidence of your relationship (photos, e-mails, letters, phone bills, greetings cards etc)

 

Marriage in Morocco

Hi Laroc,

I am about to marry in Morocco too. My fiance and me obtained a list of the documents we required from the local judges office. I have a scanned copy of this in Arabic if you would like me to email it to you. I asked a friend to translate it but some of it isn't that clear.

I am from the UK have had to obtain the following -
-Notice of non-impediment (to prove I haven't been married before) this costs £30 and takes about 3 weeks to obtain
-A letter from Scotland yard to prove you don't have any criminal convictions (this costs £10 and takes up to 40 days)
-6 months bank statements and payslips
-Proof of accomodation
