Father Spaniard

Hi Nevine,
I understand you, I'm german-venezuelan, married with a venezuelan-british. I'm actually living in Spain. You need your fathers "birth certficate" (on Spanish: Partida de nacimiento). As wide as I know you have right to the Spanish citizenship, but not your husband and children. Your children could get it after living here for (I don't remember well 1 or 2 years) being Spanish grandchildren, and your husband could live and work here as a UE citizens relative.
I would suggest you to get some advice at a Spanish Embassy in your actual homecountry, as a spanish doughter they should help you to get to your fathers homeland.

According to http://www.multiplecitizenship.com/wscl/ws_SPAIN.html, you are already Spanish if your father was Spanish when you were born. If your father got Spanish citizenship after you were born, then you may not have it.

If you are Spanish, then you have the right to move to and live in the EU. You family has a right to accompany you. http://eumovement.wordpress.com/
