    Hi there,

This is a site is a great one, thank you for the Webmester.

I have a story that I would like to share with you guys and to answer to my question if possible.

I am 18 years old, born in Hungary. I have lived in New Zealand for 4 years where I learned and worked in Digital Media and then I moved here to London 3 months ago.
While I was in New Zealand, I met with a lady on the internet. I know her for 2 years now. She's American. We became really good friends and later I fall in love with her. The problem is the age difference, really big.
Don't think that it's something wrong with me to getting together with an older women, but I just fall in love with her heart and her personality. She feels the same about me.
She is coming here to see me for the first time in UK. next month.

All my dream in my life was is to go and live-work in America. I love USA.
Because I am Hungarian, I have a really small chance to get the visa there, but I really would like to go and live there. All I want is that!

This lady and I are wanting to get married, because we really feel something about each other and be together.
I went to the immigration website and I read all the requirements that they need and we have e-mails, phone bills, letters, gifts and everything to proof that we actually really are together. I just don't want to marry her, because of the Citizenship, but if I could marry her I would probably get a chance to live in America.
I am a Creative Designer so I wouldn't work on construction or any places that American has heaps of them.

My question is that if she would apply for the fiancée visa, how much chance would I get to go there? I wouldn't mind to pay for attorney or anything, but all I want is to be with her in America.

Please reply if you have any advise. I would truly appreciate it.

    Thank you!

    All the best!
    Regards
    Adam

the things they really care is u bank ststemnets not how long u know each other ...
or try to doit that way she can send u invitation letter and u can come to us as visitor and marry there (my friend did like that and in 6 months she already have nationality !!! even she returned to her homecountry to finish her studies .. )

It would be easier to get married in the USA. You have to apply for COA/Marriage visa to get married in the UK. In the USA you and your partner could get married in Las Vegas in less than 24 hours. I was married to my UK spouse in Illinois. We got our marriage license and were married the next day.

:) If you decide to go to the usa for marriage, dont tell the immigration officer that that is why you're visiting the US.

You could also try other places such as Cyprus or Malta. :)

    good luck :)

My suggestion is that if you really love her and she feels the same way about you. Then get married as soon as possible. It'd be easy for her to come to you since she's an American. All she needs is some paperwork showing she's single. Then marry her. You might need to live outside of the US for 2 years, anywhere you want. UK would be good. Then she will need to apply a visa for you called immigration visa for spouse. In fact, she can apply that for you as soon as you're married. Then wait 2 years of marriage. If you're still together by then, you should get a visa number no problem. By the way, how much older is she? Better not be 60. That might not work. If necessary, you can get a US immigration lawyer who will be able to answer your question a lot better. Try to find an immigration lawyer, and some of them will give you free initial consultation via phone.
