    Please could any one out there help me to understand whehter my BR5 SUPPOSE TO Hve Certificate of application which i will then use to find work. I was offored a job sevenmonths back before i got married to my wife EU NATIONAL But i did not continue with is and i have all the job contract and tjhe manager still want me to go and start the job biut they want to see the a letter showing my right to work. please advice me if i should send that seven months contract and tell them they still need me on this job?

    One part of your post that I understood is that your employer is wanting some form of proof that you can be employed. If you are married to an EU National, then your right to work is derived from this marriage, as stipulated in the EU Directive 2004/38/EC. EU Nationals and their non-EU spouses enjoy the same level and right of free movement, and this includes obtaining and entering into a contract for employment.

    Thank you but am almost frustraed by this H/O process time. my question i had wanted to ask before this was BR5 is not suppose to have COA said by three staffs in the H/O when i called.Three main import jobs are waiting just to have this COAhanded over to my employer
    this is my brief immigration history:
    status:FLR (O)with valid resident permeit and work restrictionfor 6months
    relationship: Married to Bulgarian National
    Aplication date: 14/3 2012
    they Received: 15/3/2012
    Other Documents sent later: 20/3/2012 &2,A short notes from my employer and the reference from Community volunary service with CRB
    Third Letter: 20/4/201 with my Passport and two Passport from my wife which we did not send
    Each of this delivery had coverin letter requesting how badly i needed this COA N reply
    I called ten times with 0114 to sheffield office for Bulgarian nad Romanian, they said that the didnt see any of my letter been received.
    i wrote email for Urgent enquiry, after three week a lady reply asking for additional information;the address i posted it to,delivery reference number and date of summission.
    All has been sent and more than two ago.
    Recently i called the the same number and i manged to spaek with the very lady Miss K Gregory.she asked to give my number and i did both my mobile mad landline and she said the caseworker is going to call me. nothing happend no calls received .
    am now planning to send my frustrated fax onwedsday. what can i really do now with all my effor done. please i need urgent advice from any one thatread this message right now am waiting . Thanks alot waiting.
