    A tous les expats qui comptent se rendre à Shanghai, je voulais vous conseiller une agence immobilière par laquelle j'ai trouvé mon appart.

    Il s'agit de Immoshanghai (http://www.immoshanghai.com). Ils m'ont répondu rapidement et ont été très disponibles pour faire des visites. J'ai trouvé mon appart en 3 jours. C'est super d'être accompagnés par des français, notamment pour la signature du contrat. Contrairement aux agences locales, ils font signer un contrat pas seulement en chinois mais en anglais aussi.

    Voilà, bon courage pour vos recherches d'apparts !
