    HI,

    I applied for family permit residence stamp 1 month ago,I am still waiting the result of my application.My current visa will last early in june.I found a job ,my employer wants to see my passport.I don't know what i am going to do?

    please help,,,

    Contrary to what the web page of the home office says, you can ask for your passport to be sent back without any effect on the applications under European law. So just give them a call, and they should send you your passport back. I assume that you will need to send it again once your application has been processed.
