I am afraid the answer to your question is No. Fiance visa applications can be made only for the fiances of British nationals.

I assume you haven't lived together at all so can't apply for EEA rules either.

i am french and have lived in Uk for 10 yrs... my fiance came here in january from morocco after he applied for visa fiance last october from his country...he got it early jan, came over and we got married here...

But since u have only been here for 2 months, Ikhadir, they wont accept it as u r not considered as resident yet... the best for u is for ur fiance to apply for visa to france and then once u're married, do the visa for uk...
