I need some help from you all if you can help me in my case. Im 24yrs old indian guy by citizen and living in india, i fall in love with an italian girl who is living and working in london from last 4years. she have a italian citizenship and she working under European union permit in UK. We fall in love on phone and chat as we used to work together with different companies but our work was co-related to each other in company contract. Since she have moved to another company and either do i so but still we talk each other daily on phone and chat.

I went to UK as well last month to meet her for 12days in london, bath and oxford for holidays. Now finally we have decided to tie knot soon, since im little be annoyed with UK rules and regulation, we planning to get married in month of jan 2011. I have visitor visa for UK till feb 2011, so im planning to apply for fiance visa but i need to few thing before i put my papers for VISA.

Do me and my fiance have to show balance in our bank account and how much ?
Do my fiance have to show a living details like flat, since she is living in rented flat ?
Does she have to register me and herself in UK court before applying for VISA?
Will there will be any problem in applying for visa as she is 13yrs elder then me ?
And what all details/ doc will be required for me to apply for VISA ?

Can some one help me to guide how shall i sort these things

 

My finance is living in a flat which is sharing with his friend (guy) but the tenancy agreement is in both of their room. Its an 1bedroom flat she lives in bedroom and her friend live in living room, so will it problem for me.

We are planning to get a new flat when i land over there after one month, bcoz even i need to see the location and condition of flat before buying and have to sort out few things before renting a new one, so will it be ok to mentioned this information in visa application or will it create a problem..
