hello everyone, pls help me here. my boyfriend stays in the UK and there he appliyed for a COA on june 2010 and at july he got a letter from the COA office that i should apply too. i sent them my application on july 2010 because i stays in nigeria and since then, we didnt get anything from them. my boyfriend sent them a prepaid envelope for our passport cos he need to submit his passport in school this month, then ending of last month(sep) COA called him for our referece number. Since then, we got notting from them. my boyfriend called them last week n today but them keep saying very soon. Please what can we do? my boyfriend needs his passport in school this month. i need to ask, how long does a COA takes? PLS HELP ME HERE...
