I am Rajithan, immediately available for Facilities Management (FM) opportunities, possessing a transferable VISA with NOC and presently residing in Doha, Qatar.
Experiencia:
• Maintenance of 21 branch premises in northern region by branch visit, completing the rearrangement in layout and resolving complaints from branches.
• Monitoring and improving the performance of building services in branch and offsite ATM premises. They are Split AC units, Electrical distribution system, Generator, Fire extinguishers, CCTV system, Security alarm system, Solar panel system, Corporate signboards, PA system and lighting system.
• Maintenance of Green building (LEED certified) specially having Central Air Conditioning system, Elevator, Fire detection and fighting system, water distribution system, Water filter system, Reverse Osmosis plant, Building Management system, Wastewater treat plant, Rainwater collection and distribution system and gardening.
• Carryout the refurbishment of oldest branches by calling tenders.
• Coordinating the data collection over the branches in northern region & submitting of reports to Head office department.
• Coordinating the service provider and managing service agreement of building services on time.
• Involving in the preparation of Annual Maintenance Budget for repair and maintenance of Northern regional branches.
• Performing internal auditing to ensure Quality level and Health and safety of engineering aspects in branches.
• Managing the engineering assets of branches from purchasing to disposal of assets.
Soft services
• Managing and supervising of outsourced janitorial services through SOP of branch premises and ATMs in Northern region.
• Managing the outsourced pest control of branches in Northern region.
• Managing and effective maintenance of the outdoor garden plot in four floors of green building.
