TURKISH Speaking Customer Service Support
For our client based in Lisbon, we are looking for people who can
speak very well Turkish (C1). You could work in a multinational
environment and provide support for customers of a sports brand!
We are looking for Customer Support Representatives who will take
care of:
- Receiving phone calls, email and chat from customers
- Responding to their queries about refund requests, shipments,
deliveries
- Helping them in a professional and empathetic way
Requirements:
- Available to start working in Lisbon in a few days (the job will
be remote for the time being, but it will be in office in the
future)
- EU passport or Portuguese residence card
- Turkish proficiency C2
- Previous experience in supporting customers
