TURKISH SPEAKING COMMUNITY SUPPORT MANAGER - LISBON
Our client in sunny Lisbon is looking for a Turkish speaking
Community Support Manager to their games client. Please find below
the main duties and requirements:
Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces,
articles, social media posts, newsletters and videos;
Respond to customers in a timely manner;
Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders;
Devise and implement community communication initiatives;
Engage with online community and respond to comments and
Attend/ manage networking events or relevant industry
Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English;
Experience in gaming and as a Social Media Manager;
Great communication skills and availability to travel if
Great writing skills both in Turkish and English;
Experience with Mac tools and image edit
Availability - Flexibility - Work in rotary schedule.
Resistance and Autonomy - Demonstrate adaptability to the working
environment and autonomy.
