What is linguistics?

Linguistics is the scientific study of human language. It is called a scientific study because it entails a comprehensive, systematic, objective, and precise analysis of all aspects of language, particularly its nature and structure.

Project Overview:

This project consists of ongoing ad-hoc tasks in which you will be asked to rate a series of text-to-speech clips. You will listen to audio segments read in Norwegian and rate how each voice sounds to you according to a task question. This task is opinion-based - your job is purely to listen to each clip and judge it on a scale.

Project Requirements:

Access to a computer with Chrome or Firefox - the tool is not compatible with mobile devices
Stable internet connection
Fluent speaker of Norwegian, currently residing in Norway
